The Graphics Designer is a member of the Learning and Teaching team and is responsible for designing and developing high-quality visual communication products, including eLearning educational content and video educational content, that effectively convey the organization’s brand messaging and engage target audiences. The Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and project managers, to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design principles and digital tools, with experience in creating engaging visual content for education. They should be able to work collaboratively with digital education content creators to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos that enhance learning experiences. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within project timelines and deadlines. A portfolio showcasing their work and design process would also be an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital content creation
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong creative and visual communication skills, with the ability to design effective and engaging visual content
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain brand identity and visual standards
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work autonomously while also being able to work collaboratively with a team
Attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
Knowledge of digital educational content design principles and best practices
