She is focused in contribution to the organisation’s overall digital learning and teaching strategic initiatives ensuring that educational outcomes are maximized.

Masakala Tzudir serves as an Assistant Professor of Botany at Immanuel College, Dimapur and concurrently holds the position of Learning Designer Consultant at NagaEd.

Upon completing her Masters at Nagaland University, Masaka embarked on a journey to instill her passion for science in the minds of young learners, dedicating a significant portion of her professional life to teaching.
