At an early age, Seta’s enthusiasm for business started his desire to pursue business for pre-university degree and after that, Business Administration for bachelor’s degree, where he developed his knowledge of the business world in both a practical and theoretical sense.
Through numerous management activities, Seta was able to gain an overhauled point of view on how to understand the commerce world and how to prospect it in the future. His team were put to the test in practical terms of managing an inter-college event known as The Convergence Fest, where all the management students of the final year organized a two-day program filled with various activities related to business management.
Besides his studies, he likes to explore creative work where he plays around with Photoshop and other related graphic software. With a few lessons from YouTube and with a small encounter, he currently works on a side gig where he designs content and oversees an Instagram page.
Seta’s responsibility as the Admin Coordinator at NagaEd is to make sure the workplace and infrastructure operate smoothly. He supports the Operations Manager by overseeing office facilities and coordinating IT, managing financial processes, and operational accounting. Seta works directly with the co-founder to enhance operational capacity and contribute to event coordination, office administration, and effective communication among teams. His day-to-day includes budgeting, invoicing, and keeping accurate records. Ensuring compliance with regulations and financial guidelines is important, but just as crucial is my contribution to fostering a positive office culture.
