Organisational Unit Function

  • Liaise and manage relationships with partner CSOs and Government Officials.
  • Identify stakeholder requirements and drive effective communication.
  • Work with the Design Lead to co-create program designs with governments and partners.
  • Develop end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • Support and enable governments and partners in program implementation.
  • Devise strategies for rapid adoption and acceptance of programs among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain program documentation and monitor progress.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Selection Criteria

As a Program lead, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and execution of various digital education programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the program objectives are met and that communication with all stakeholders is clear and timely.

Essential

  • Graduation/Post Graduation or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the education sector for Lead / 0-1 year experience for Associate position.
  • Fellowship or work experience with Government actors in the education sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Reflective behaviour towards improving self and enabling others in the team.
  • Ability to handle operational rigour and speed.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and possess stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort and facility with technology.
